As Director of Coaching Initiative and part of the Office of Instructional Initiatives and School Supports, it is an honor to support and oversee the coaching initiative in our District.  Our coaching team and I work with 130 campus instructional coaches who are committed to maximize teacher self-efficacy, create optimal learning environments and enhance student outcomes.  We work collaboratively with campus administrators and other colleagues to prepare all students for college, career and community leadership. My mission is to Nurture, Enhance, Support and Trust educators.
