Encouragement is the key to work with students and parents. When I listen to a parent's story, we find the intricate details of their life and how I can assist them. My job is to assist students to stay in school to graduate. My expertise is to educate parents, students and school staff on the Attendance Law and truancy difficulties. We are a village that must take a stand on education and assist in raising successful leaders of our community.
