Orlando Lara is an artist, scholar, and educator working at the intersections of art, critical pedagogy, and ethnic studies. He comes to Fort Worth from Houston where he worked as an organizer and educator for 5 years. He is currently helping to build the new CRES Department at TCU, serving as its first Associate Director, and continues to work on visual, literary, and activist projects.
